The Job:
- Develop and maintain expertise in the product range of the company.
- Manage documentation for planning and consult with technical and sales teams to assist in bringing the product to a wider audience.
- Ensure compliance and that all necessary documentation is present and up-to-date.
- Maintain internal systems and CRM systems.
- Provide initiative-taking and timely responses to external and internal customers.
- Maintain customer database and assist in organising mailshots and new product launches.
- Train staff on new products and updates to enable them to deliver a high level of customer service.
About you:
- Proven experience of supporting the delivery of a product to market.
- Background in customer service and product management.
- Experience within the construction industry would be an advantage.
- Excellent written and communication skills, with good presentation skills.
