The Senior Lateral Recruiting Coordinator will provide comprehensive support to the Firm’s Legal Recruiting Department in London.
- Assisting with managing relationships with search firms across multiple practice areas and helping to promote the Firm’s talent brand
- Preparing and analyzing lateral recruiting statistical information and legal market trends
- Assisting with screening resumes, scheduling and administering interviews (in‐person and virtual); reserving conference rooms, greeting candidates and arranging visitor passes
- Gathering all necessary pre‐hire information from candidates and liaising with the human resources team for any pre‐hire assessments (e.g. background checks)
- Tracking and preparing vendor and search firm agreements, as well as monitoring agency placement fees
- Processing recruitment and placement invoices for payment
- Maintaining various recruitment‐related spreadsheets and tracking relevant data
- Ensuring the highest standard of client service and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Providing ad hoc support for the Graduate Recruiting team, as required
Bachelor’s degree required
~3+ years of relevant work experience, within a professional services environment
~ Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong attention to detail
~ A working knowledge of French would be useful
This position will require physical presence in Proskauer’s offices on a regular basis (at least 3x per week, or more, if it becomes the policy of the Firm or as business needs require).
