We are seeking a Senior Account Director to lead a high-value, global B2B account with a strong focus on complex, large-scale content production. This is a senior client leadership role requiring a balance of strategic thinking, operational rigour, and deep production expertise. You will act as the primary client lead while overseeing the end-to-end delivery of multi-market campaigns and always-on production workstreams. A key aspect of the role is close collaboration with external strategic and marketing partners, requiring strong stakeholder management, alignment, and the ability to operate effectively within a multi-agency ecosystem. Success in this role will depend on your ability to drive production excellence, maintain commercial performance, and deliver a seamless, high-quality client experience.

Mission & Key Responsibilities

  • Client Leadership & Strategy
    • Act as the senior client lead, owning relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring long-term satisfaction, retention, and growth
    • Lead regular client engagements (WIPs, governance, QBRs), providing clear, value-led B2B guidance
    • Deliver strategic counsel grounded in business objectives, audience understanding, and performance outcomes
    • Identify and drive account growth opportunities across services and markets
  • Production & Delivery Excellence
    • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-market campaigns and high-volume content production
    • Ensure all workstreams (BAU, campaigns, templated/self-serve production) are delivered efficiently and to a high standard
    • Champion production best practices, scalability, and operational excellence
    • Act as the escalation point for complex delivery challenges, resolving issues proactively
  • Collaboration & Partner Management
    • Work closely with internal agency partners and client teams to ensure alignment across strategy, creative, production and execution
    • Navigate multi-agency environments with clarity and confidence, ensuring joined-up delivery
  • Commercial & Operational Management
    • Own forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning across the account
    • Track and manage account performance against revenue and profitability targets
    • Ensure financial accuracy, timely reporting, and compliance with agency processes
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing account team
    • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Innovation & Process Improvement
    • Identify opportunities to improve ways of working, scalability, and efficiency
    • Drive adoption of tools and technologies (including AI-enabled platforms) to enhance delivery, reporting, and client insight

Skills & Experience Required

  • 5-7+ years’ experience in client services within a B2B creative, content, or production environment
  • Proven experience leading senior client relationships and complex, multi-market accounts
  • Strong background in content production and delivery (essential)
  • Experience operating within multi-agency or partner-led environments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, high-volume content programmes
  • Strong commercial acumen, including forecasting and P&L management
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience managing and developing teams
  • Confident presenter with experience engaging senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
