Key Responsibilities
- Audience First Scope Definition
- Working with agency teams to apply Audience First rigour to the development/rationalization of asset scope.
- Assessment of scope requirements across markets, media, audience mindsets and moments.
- Finding value for clients in scope development, ensuring their brand, business and commercial needs are addressed by required assets, and not diluted by those that are not required.
- Working with agency Creative and Production teams to guide asset development with Audience First insight, inclusive of:
- Being the lead voice in asset format best practice.
- Staying ahead of the curve of opportunities across platforms: regularly connecting with the platforms/channels to understand new techniques or updates, so these can be relayed to production teams.
- Identifying Production Style opportunities for audience connection.
- Collaborating on Campaign Design (Awareness, Consideration, Conversion).
- Inputting technology opportunities and expertise.
- Identifying appropriate KPIs with clients for measurement across offline media, online media, brand and business metrics.
- Working with agency Creative and Production teams to ensure assets are fit for delivery of desired value (via Audience first insight).
- Preparation of reports on delivery of KPIs by activated campaign assets.
- Advising on pre-test requirements for assets, and partnering with pre-test providers to deliver clear and actionable learning.
- Forming recommendations and leading discussion related to optimization opportunities for campaigns and assets.
- Working with clients and agency Creative and Production teams to share clear guidance on how to deliver optimized assets based on measurement learning.
- Working with Production leadership across hubs to respond to new business opportunities, contributing the Audience First insight that positions us as an ideal partner for brand and business success.
- Ongoing Audience First evolution – identifying opportunities and generating proposals for better and/or incremental offers across Create, Scale and Personalize.
- Building relationships with clients and Havas agencies that help clarify the value attached to Audience First Production.
- Demonstrating the leadership and strategy skills to contribute in a global, cross-functional organization.
- Effectively motivating, leading and developing internal teams and stakeholders.
- Contributing positively to team’s culture and environment and setting high standards for collaboration and accountability.
- Helping Audience First Production continuously set new industry standards.
- Partnering with the Production management in the definition of a progressive, productive agency network culture and operation, focused on driving the contribution of Audience First production to brand and business success.
- Building commitment to Audience First Production tools and processes across client and agency teams.
