The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Head of Production Systems—someone who loves transforming creative chaos into organized brilliance. You’ll be the go-to expert on Adobe Workfront and other production systems, designing smart workflows that make our global studios faster, more efficient, and better connected. You’ll be hands-on with configuration and workflow mapping, working closely with producers, project managers and creative teams to bring structure to the creative process — then partnering with development, training and support teams to scale those solutions globally. This role also plays a key part in implementing content automation workflows — ensuring that automation initiatives are correctly deployed and operationalized — and in supporting the integration of financial workflows within Workfront, working closely with Operations and Finance teams to align process, data, and reporting.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and Build Workflows: Translate real-world production processes into scalable, intuitive Workfront configurations, forms, and templates.
  • Implement Content Automation: Work with the Technical Architecture team to translate automation concepts into working solutions, ensuring they are correctly implemented, tested, and adopted across production teams.
  • Financial Workflow Alignment: Collaborate with Operations and Finance teams to design, configure, and maintain Workfront workflows that integrate financial tracking, approvals, and reporting.
  • Rollouts: Partner with production teams during early rollout phases, helping them transition onto new systems and workflows.
  • Champion Adoption: Collaborate with training teams to ensure smooth onboarding and enthusiastic adoption across global studios.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work alongside Development, Operations, and Support teams to ensure Workfront plays nicely with AEM, Frame.io, and other production tools.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Spot opportunities to automate, optimize, and evolve — turning feedback into smarter systems.
  • Shape the Future: Contribute to the global Architecture Council, ensuring our workflows and data model are consistent, scalable, and future-ready.

Who You Are

  • Deeply familiar with Adobe Workfront (or equivalent tools like Wrike, Monday.com, or Asana).
  • Experienced in media production or creative operations, especially in agencies or production studios.
  • Comfortable working with financial workflows and data (e.g., job costing, project budgeting, approval chains).
  • A workflow designer who sees patterns, simplifies complexity, and loves making systems intuitive.
  • A confident communicator who can collaborate with creative, technical, and operational teams.
  • Hands-on with system setup, form design, and user configuration — but strategic enough to see the global picture.
  • Passionate about improving how teams work — and how technology can make creativity flow faster.

Bonus Points For

  • Knowledge of Adobe AEM and Frame.io.
  • Understanding of Workfront Fusion or API-driven workflows (handled by a dedicated integration team).
  • Experience leading rollout workshops or training sessions.
  • Familiarity with financial workflow automation and/or ERP integration.
  • Curiosity about how technology can evolve creative production.

Success Looks Like

  • Global adoption of the Adobe Content Supply Chain.
  • Smooth rollout and implementation of content automation workflows across global teams.
  • Seamless integration of financial workflows into production processes.
  • Efficient, consistent workflows across all hubs.
  • Production teams who love using the tools you’ve built.
  • A foundation for data-driven, scalable creative operations.
