Prosci is seeking a Marketing Data Analytics Specialist to join our Global Marketing Center of Acceleration (CoA). This role is critical in turning complex marketing data into clear, actionable insights that drive executive decision-making and empower regional teams worldwide. You will build and maintain reporting across Power BI, HubSpot, Salesforce, and channel specific platforms. Prosci is looking for someone who can help us create compelling and impactful data stories today while looking to improve data integrity and attribution in the future. Key Responsibilities
- Executive & Regional Reporting: Deliver monthly and quarterly Power BI dashboards for Leadership, Board, and Regional team. Ensure reporting consistency across global regions, currencies, and phased technology rollouts.
- Attribution & Funnel Insights: Analyze and report on campaign, channel, and funnel performance (enterprise vs. practitioner). Identify gaps or inconsistencies in attribution data and recommend practical reporting solutions for both today and the future. Partner with campaign managers and Marketing Ops to define tracking requirements for campaigns, events, and new assets. Ensure proper tagging and parameters are in place to capture performance data.
- Data QA & Governance: Monitor data integrity between HubSpot and Salesforce; flag sync or attribution issues. Partner with Marketing Ops, ICT, and Sales Ops to align reporting with data governance standards.
- BI Development & Data Integration: Build, maintain, and iterate Power BI dashboards; write SQL queries to join data sources. Manage interim connectors (Funnel.io, HubSpot API) and support the transition to Mulesoft in partnership with ICT as the connector. Ensure smooth data pipelines across marketing, CRM, and eCommerce systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Magento, GA4). Maintain and validate event/conversion tracking in GA4 and HubSpot, using Google Tag Manager and campaign UTM frameworks.
- Channel & Performance Marketing Reporting: Use SEMrush, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to measure SEO rankings, campaign performance, social engagement, and channel ROI. Provide funnel visualizations and actionable recommendations to optimize spend and improve conversion.
- Cross‑Functional Enablement: Train regional marketers on dashboard use and interpretation. Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Sales Ops, and ICT to ensure analytics insights are aligned with business needs. Translate data into compelling narratives for executives and practitioners.
Candidate Profile
Based on this role’s scope and responsibilities, we are seeking candidates with the following qualifications, skills, attributes, and competencies:
- Competencies: Optimizes Work Processes: Being solution‑oriented, able to scope, prototype, and iterate analytics solutions (progress over perfection). Balances Stakeholders: Skilled data storyteller capable of framing the “what, so what, now what” for executives and regional teams. Interpersonal Savvy: Cross‑functional partner comfortable working with Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, ICT, and Finance. Governance aware: Understands CRM data structures and attribution models; able to recognize when limitations affect reporting. Global Perspective: Experience supporting regional teams across multiple markets and currencies. Manages Complexity: Detail‑oriented with a strong understanding of how campaign tracking decisions impact reporting accuracy.
- Technical Skills: Power BI – dashboard building, DAX, and data models. SQL – querying/joining data from multiple systems. Salesforce reporting & campaign hierarchy – ability to work within the structure, understand constraints, and adapt reporting approaches. HubSpot reporting & dashboards – segmentation, campaigns, data hub, lead scoring, attribution views. APIs and data connectors – Funnel.io (current), HubSpot API, Mulesoft (future). Google Tag Manager (GTM) – event and conversion tracking. Campaign tracking best practices – UTMs, tagging frameworks, QA. Microsoft Excel / 365 – strong skills in analysis, pivot tables, formulas, and data validation for ad‑hoc reporting. Microsoft PowerPoint / 365 – ability to translate data into compelling executive‑level presentations and visual narratives. Channel & performance marketing reporting – SEMrush, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads. Experience reconciling multi‑system data (HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4) to deliver accurate reporting in complex environments.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3–5+ years of direct marketing analytics / BI experience. Proven track record building executive‑level reporting in Power BI. Strong SQL skills and BI development experience. Demonstrated success building reporting in complex, cross‑system environments.
Additional Information:
- Travel Requirements: This role requires travel up to 3 times per year for team meetings and company events.
