proSapient is seeking a Search & AI Retrieval Lead to define and build a scalable search stack, knowledge graph architecture, and intelligent retrieval across our platform. You will lead architecture decisions for keyword, vector, hybrid, and graph-based retrieval and align enrichment with frontier LLMs.
You will design data pipelines on GCP, optimize relevance, and develop recommendation systems that leverage both structured and unstructured data. Remote work is supported.
