YOUR MISSION
To shape the creative direction of the brand’s marketing efforts and lead the development of high-performing campaigns that resonate with their audience. You’ll own the end-to-end creative process, from uncovering insights and developing ad strategies to analyzing performance and iterating for success. - Data-Driven: You have a strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and know how to translate data into actionable creative strategies
- Creative Leader: You have experience managing end-to-end creative workflows and guiding designers, video editors, and content creators toward exceptional outputs
- Hands-On Strategist: You’re comfortable diving into the details while maintaining a strategic perspective
