Join to apply for the Growth Manager role at Prosana. Do you thrive on building and scaling every growth lever in a D2C business to drive measurable revenue and unlock exponential growth? This high‑growth supplement brand is looking for a data-driven, performance-led Growth Manager to take full ownership of the entire e-commerce operation. If you're ready to be the architect of growth for a brand with an aggressive £100M revenue target by 2026, this is your chance to lead high-performance channels and build a world-class team.

THE BRAND

A fast‑scaling DTC wellness brand in the beauty/supplement space with a highly engaged 35+ female audience. The flagship product boasts a strong market fit and a rapidly growing subscriber base, with over 50,000 subscribers in the first 18 months. Paid social (Meta first) is their biggest channel; creative testing and iteration sit at the centre of the strategy. The company is founder‑led, lean, and data‑driven, expanding in the UK/EU and preparing for a US launch. The founding story is rooted in solving a real customer need: the founder created a better‑tasting, more affordable alternative for his own family, then scaled it into a category‑defining brand. That test‑and‑learn DNA still drives the culture today. This is a full‑time, in-office role.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU

  • Accelerated career growth: Fast‑track promotions based on capability, not just time served. As we grow, you'll step into more senior roles.
  • £5,000 Annual L&D Budget: Invest in your growth with a dedicated budget for learning and development.
  • Equity participation: Options for committed team members who help drive them toward their targets, sharing directly in their success.
  • Private health insurance: Covered by Vitality.
  • Top‑tech setup: Work desktop + laptop, dual monitors, ergonomic chair, and standing desk.
  • Direct Founder access: Work closely with the founder to shape the overall business strategy.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead paid media strategy across all channels, with heavy emphasis on profitably scaling Meta advertising while maintaining CAC targets.
  • Oversee all CRO initiatives, including landing page testing, checkout flow optimization, and offer structure experiments.
  • Lead website UX/UI improvements to enhance customer experience.
  • Come up with new CRO/LTV tests across a variety of different Shopify apps and various new marketing initiatives (e.g., Publisher ads, whitelisting campaigns, influencer etc.).
  • Develop and implement comprehensive customer retention strategies to maximize LTV, including subscription optimization.
  • Manage email and SMS marketing channels to maximize revenue from owned audiences.
  • Oversee the organic content strategy across social media platforms to build brand awareness and a loyal community.
  • Direct the creation and optimization of all marketing and product funnels to improve conversion rates.
  • Build, coach, and develop a high‑performing e‑commerce team as the company scales.
  • Implement robust analytics and reporting systems to track all key e‑commerce metrics.
  • Manage and optimize relationships with key e-commerce partners, agencies, and technology providers.

WHO YOU ARE

  • At least 2+ years of experience in a marketing or growth or leadership e-commerce role. Ideally, experience with subscription business models and retention strategies.
  • You don’t simply implement different tasks; you must constantly come up with your own unique growth initiatives. You need to be very sharp and well‑versed in all things CRO/Growth.
  • Deep understanding of the Shopify platform. This person needs to be super technical and quick on the computer.
  • Deep hands‑on knowledge of: Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, and Klaviyo. Proficiency in A/B Testing tools (like Intelligems), Landing page builders, and Subscription tools (like Loop or Recharge).
  • Expert capability in analyzing customer data to inform business decisions (Improving LTV, AOV, CVR etc.) and setting up various A/B tests.
  • The company is open to more junior‑level talent who are very hungry and driven, especially if they have an 'entrepreneurial' spirit.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • 30 Days: Gain a high level of proficiency in the different tools and apps used for growth initiatives (Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, A/B testing tools, etc.). Begin to understand the current CRO/LTV tests and marketing initiatives.
  • 60 Days: Proactively propose and outline at least three unique, data‑backed growth initiatives (CRO tests, new marketing channels, or LTV strategies) ready for implementation and discussion with the Head of Growth.
  • 90 Days: Achieve strategic independence, consistently coming up with your own growth initiatives that drive tangible revenue lifts. Demonstrate a clear understanding of LTV, CAC, and overall unit economics.
