We are currently recruiting for a Transport Planner / Coordinator to join a leading UK transport operation within a specialist niche industry. This is an excellent opportunity to work side-by-side with an experienced Transport Manager, taking control of day-to-day planning operations while building strong relationships with drivers and ensuring smooth route execution.
The Role
As Transport Planner / Coordinator, you will take ownership of the daily transport plan, coordinating 10-15 lorry routes and ensuring deliveries run efficiently and on schedule. You will be the key point of contact for drivers throughout the day, supporting them while they are on the road and adapting plans quickly when last-minute changes arise.
