What does the role involve?
AsTrade CounterAssistant, you will be the face of the company and will be required to engage with customers both over the phone and in face to face. This is the ideal role for an outgoing and personable candidate who has the confidence to take customer orders and provide key product information to customers visiting our busy Trade Counter. Working closely with the warehouse team, you will have good knowledge of warehouse processes.
The successful candidate will require:
Ability to engage with customers and have some sales experience
Experience in the construction industry, and ideally have product knowledge
Excellent customer service and communication skills
To be dynamic and motivated
Working details:
- Monday to Friday
- 6:30am – 4:00pm
- No Weekends
- Pay = £30,000.00 per annum
