We are currently recruiting experienced Class 2 (Category C) Drivers for an ongoing agency position delivering palletised goods throughout Central London.
Shift Patterns
- Option 1: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 18:00 (Minimum 10 hours' pay per day)
- Option 2 (Rotating): Week 1 Tuesday to Saturday 08:00 - 18:00, Week 2 Monday to Saturday 08:00 - 18:00
Pay Rates
- Saturday Rate: £22.00 per hour (Minimum 8 hours' pay guaranteed)
- Weekday Rate: £20.00 per hour (Minimum 10 hours' pay guaranteed)
Duties
- Multi-drop deliveries across Central London.
- Delivering palletised goods to commercial customers.
- Offloading palletised goods using an electric pump truck via a tail lift.
- Completing delivery paperwork and ensuring accurate records.
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks and maintaining high safety standards.
- Providing excellent customer service at delivery locations.
Requirements
- Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) Driving Licence.
- Valid Driver CPC qualification.
- Digital Tachograph Card.
- Previous multi-drop delivery experience preferred.
- Comfortable with the physical aspects of offloading palletised goods using an electric pump truck.
- Good knowledge of Central London road network.
- Reliable, punctual and professional attitude.
