The predicted salary is between 10 - 12 £ per hour.

Salary: $5-8/hr

Job Type: Part-time & Full-time (20-40 hours per week)

Working Hours: TBD, UK Business Hours

Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Manage day-to-day property operations for short-term and/or long-term rental properties
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of work
  • Communicate with tenants and guests regarding inquiries, issues, bookings, and property-related concerns
  • Monitor rent payments, assist with rent collection, and follow up on overdue balances when necessary
  • Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance teams, and other service providers to maintain property standards
  • Handle booking management, calendar updates, and reservation coordination across different platforms
  • Maintain accurate property records, reports, invoices, and documentation
  • Assist with onboarding new properties, updating listings, and ensuring compliance with company procedures
  • Respond to emails, messages, and urgent issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and process improvements as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in property management, Airbnb management, or real estate support
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience using property management systems (PMS) such as Guesty, Hospitable, Appfolio, Hostaway, Lodgify, or similar platforms
  • Experience handling tenant or guest communication
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to manage maintenance coordination and vendor communication efficiently
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely independently
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
