The Role
We are looking for a Tech Co-Founder to join us at an exciting stage of our journey. The platform is live, the momentum is there, and the next step is leveraging AI to take it to a completely different level.
As Tech Co-Founder, you will have full ownership of the technology side of the business — from architecture and product development to AI integration and scaling.
What You Will Do
- Own and lead all technology development
- Build and scale the platform infrastructure
- Drive AI integration to automate content, job aggregation and user experience
- Work closely with the founding team to shape the product roadmap
- Recruit and manage a tech team as the business grows
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience building and scaling marketplace or SaaS platforms
