The management associate program equips the highly talented and intensely hard working with the know-how to execute, operate, and scale large components of our business. This fast-tracks you to a higher-value add position, to propel us forward and grow quickly together.

About us

PropTech Connect was established in December 2022. We hosted Europe’s Largest Real Estate Technology Conference in September 2023 with a core team of four. We have built the fastest growing community of senior industry executives, engaging with them daily via multiple products and services. We aim to drive technology adoption in the world’s largest asset class - Real Estate, by connecting executives from traditional real estate companies, entrepreneurs, and investors. We now host 10,000 executives, investors, and entrepreneurs at our events globally. Within the next 6 years, we’re on track to host 30,000 executives, investors, and entrepreneurs globally across 4 continents. We’re pursuing growth and launching new products along the way.

You will be an instrumental part of that journey, developing marketing strategies, opening revenue streams, networking with senior executives, hiring hardworking intelligent talent, and working alongside a driven team who has your back and will also rely on you.

Your mission

Take ownership of a division within our business (either the entirety, or a component of marketing, sales, product, operations, or finance) to build that component of the company and drive the business forwards. With everything you do you approach it with relentless drive and your end ambition is to continue to grow the largest community of real estate leaders in the world and turn us into a global media giant within real estate.

About you

What we expect from you:

We are looking for hungry business managers to help us reach our objectives. Industry experience is not a requirement, but you do need to be highly ambitious, forward-thinking and driven to inspire and lead our team. Furthermore, having a UK work permit is also a requirement.

Experience recommended: 1 - 3 years in management consulting, banking, PE, leading established organization, fast growing startup / scale-up, b2b marketing consultant / agency.

Furthermore, we are looking for candidates who:

  • Possess an unparalleled work ethic with a high sense of urgency;

Responsibilities in this job will vary but are mostly centred around:

  • Leading research to identify rising trends that will define the future of the industry;
  • Creating comprehensive content programs with formats that produce best-in-class conference experience and engagement;
  • Maintaining and developing long-standing and fruitful relationships with industry-leading companies and senior executives worldwide;
  • Preparing and aligning with key senior executives at leading companies for the delivery of top quality content and interactions on stage;

Identifying processes to scale the company alongside methods to improve efficiency.
