The position will have a core focus on early careers, supporting the attraction, recruitment and onboarding of graduates, apprentices and junior hires across the business. As the consultancy continues to grow, the scope of the role will naturally broaden into other areas of talent and people, rewarding strong performance with increased responsibility and progression.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment activity, with a particular emphasis on early careers
- Coordinating interviews, assessments and onboarding processes
- Building effective relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
- Supporting attraction initiatives, events and university engagement
- Managing recruitment data, systems and administration
- Contributing to wider people and talent projects as the role evolves
Who should apply?
This opportunity is ideal for someone early in their talent or people career who is:
- Highly organised and process-driven
- Confident, proactive and comfortable engaging with stakeholders
- Resilient and able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment
Experience within property or the built environment would be advantageous, but is not essential. Attitude, drive and the ability to thrive in a growing, commercial environment are far more important.
