Job Description
Senior Quantity Surveyor | Central London
Propsource Consulting is collaborating with a fast-growing consultancy that brings a fresh, modern approach to delivering projects in the built environment. They're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team at an exciting stage of growth.
You’ll work directly with directors and deliver cost consultancy across a range of commercial projects, including residential developments, government-funded education settings, co-living and mixed-use schemes. Projects range from new build to refurbishment, valued between £20m–£100m, and may be at various stages including procurement or live on site.
What you’ll be doing
• Cost planning, forecasting and contract administration
• Managing budgets and risk across multi-disciplinary projects
• Working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Providing updates on progress, cash flow and KPIs
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard

• MRICS qualified or someone due to sit their APC in the next 12 months
• Experience working on UK-based projects
