I’m currently supporting an established and growing consultancy in the Greater Manchester area with several exciting opportunities across their Quantity Surveying team due to continued growth and project wins.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the successful delivery of multiple projects from feasibility through to final account.
- Act as the primary client contact, building and maintaining strong long term relationships.
- Provide commercially focused advice and lead stakeholder meetings, ensuring effective communication across project teams.
- Oversee the preparation of estimates, cost plans, tender documentation, pricing schedules, and financial reporting.
- Monitor project financial performance, identifying risks, cost pressures, and forecasting final account positions.
- Administer contracts across various forms, particularly JCT suites.
- Support, mentor, and oversee junior team members, including APC guidance and development.
- Manage team resources, allocate workload effectively, and ensure quality standards and deadlines are achieved.
- Contribute to fee proposals, scope definition, and maintain high-quality, consistent project outputs.
