Role: Associate Director or Planning Director
Location: Bristol
Salary: Up to 100k
I\’ve recently partnered with a multi-disciplinary planning consultancy and they\’re on the hunt for a fee earning Associate Director or already established Director to join their collaborative team in Bristol. Historically, this team have a wealth of experience predominantly on residential projects, however also work within other sectors such as commercial, renewables, leisure, education, mixed-use and a variety of other schemes. Experience in these areas are not essential, if you have a particular specialism where you have a successful track record – that\’s ideal.
They\’re looking for somebody who is keen to lead a team, and will embody the \\\”There\’s no \’I\’ in team\\\” ethos. The team is close-knit and all work collaboratively in an environment where everybody has a voice. As well as this, you must be driven to grow your career in a reputable consultancy and lead junior staff to also progress.
You must:
- Be MRTPI qualified
- Demonstrate strong experience and in-depth knowledge of town planning, with up to date awareness of current legislation and industry developments
- Be confident in your business development skills, with a proven history of winning work
- Have experience in managing projects and client relationships
- Hold strong leadership capability, with mentoring experience and an interest in team growth
