Client: Independent Planning Consultancy

Location: Manchester (Central)

Role: Planner / Senior Planner (3-5 years experience)

Hybrid: 2 days office, 3 from home

Renumeration: Up to £40,000 plus discretionary bonus and Christmas bonus (Competitive)

An independent boutique style consultancy are currently looking for a Town Planner to join their team to support on their niche style of projects who put their own personal spin on the way they execute projects. Due to their busy pipeline of work, it’s important that the successful candidate is a confident and self sufficient experienced planner with 3-4 years experience. You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with clients from day one and work on a 1-1 basis, learning directly from the experienced and very approachable leadership team.

This consultancy work on big and exciting projects, similar to the kind you may expect to see from your more larger national firms and have a brilliant relationship with their clients and local authorities. They’re a team between 10-15 members of staff and due to this, your level of self discipline, proactiveness and commercial mindset is crucial.

You’d be joining a brilliant team, who enjoy getting involved with industry events, pub quizzes, away days, hikes and just having a general laugh in the office. It’s a ‘non-egotistical’ environment, your voice is truly heard and everybody chips in as they’re a non-hierarchical set up.
