PropSource Consulting are exclusively working with a multidisciplinary boutique consultancy in the Manchester Area who are on the hunt for a Town Planner or a Senior Town Planner. Here, you’ll be able to get involved with projects and client meetings from the word go and learn directly from the hands-on and friendly leaders in an environment that truly encourages growth and development. After working with this team before, it’s clear that the teams wellbeing, development and overall environment of the business is at the core, alongside providing exceptional service to clients. You’ll be working on a range of projects including residential, city centre, affordable housing, leisure and master planning schemes.

Responsibilities:

  • Support planning and development projects across a range of sectors.
  • Assist with the preparation and review of project documentation and reports.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct research, analysis, and site-based assessments as required.
  • Attend meetings, consultations, and project discussions.
  • Monitor relevant policies, regulations, and industry developments.
