Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering planning consents for infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of the UK planning system, gained from local authority or private sector roles.
- Experience in engaging with stakeholders, planning authorities, and statutory consultees.
- Chartered status (MRTPI) or are actively working towards it.
- A degree in town planning.
