PropSource Consulting is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a growing independent planning consultancy in Central London as they look to appoint a Planner.

The team works across a diverse portfolio of projects, from smaller developments through to large-scale residential schemes, including a number of GLA referable applications.

  • Managing planning applications from inception to submission
  • Writing reports, statements and planning appraisals

A sociable and inclusive consultancy with initiatives such as a weekly run club and monthly “Sip & Share” sessions, where the team finishes early to review live projects and share ideas across the business.

Competitive salary + annual bonus ~ Private healthcare (Bupa) ~ Pension ~ Hybrid working ~ 25 days annual leave
