I’m working with a global property consultancy that’s looking to bring a Graduate Building Surveyor into their Manchester team.
You’d be joining a close-knit team of 9 with a healthy mix of experience levels. While they’re part of a global business, the culture is anything but corporate - they’re social, collaborative, and genuinely committed to personal development. You’ll regularly work alongside other technical disciplines and gain hands-on experience across a wide range of sectors and clients, including some well-known brands.
What you\'ll be doing:
No two days are the same. From day one, you’ll gain exposure across all areas of Building Consultancy including:
- Building surveys, technical due diligence and dilapidations
- Planned preventative maintenance and neighbourly matters
- Site visits, client meetings, report writing and assessments
You’ll be supported through a structured APC programme with all the tools and mentorship needed to get you chartered. Regular CPD sessions, progress reviews, and mock interviews are all part of the process.
What they’re looking for:
- A degree in Building Surveying (RICS-accredited)
- Ideally 6+ months’ experience in a building surveying role
- Already on the APC pathway (or ready to begin)
- Someone proactive, reliable, and keen to grow in a professional, commercial environment
