I'm currently working with a highly respected national planning and development consultancy that is looking to appoint an experienced Planning Director to join its growing team in Gloucestershire.
This is an excellent opportunity to take a senior leadership role within a successful multidisciplinary consultancy, working across a diverse portfolio of projects including residential, education, healthcare, retail, energy, leisure and employment developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex planning applications and projects.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Provide strategic planning advice across a range of sectors.
- Lead, mentor and support junior team members.
- Contribute to the continued growth of the planning team and wider business.
Ideal Candidate
- Chartered Member of the RTPI.
- Proven experience delivering and promoting planning projects.
- Strong development management and planning policy expertise.
- Demonstrable business development experience.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong leadership, communication and client-facing abilities.
