Level: Associate/Associate Director (Town Planning)

Location: Manchester City Centre

Salary: Up to £61k plus a discretionary bonus (industry leading)

Due to their recent growth and influx of work with high profile and unique clients, PropSource consulting have partnered with an award winning planning consultancy in Manchester City Centre who are looking for an Associate or Associate Director to join their close-knit team.

You will be working on a range of projects and if you have an eye for residential and regeneration projects, you could be a great match. My client is looking for a safe pair of hands to lead on projects and oversee a range of planning initiatives, driving high-quality, innovative results and ensuring they are delivered on schedule. You will also be expected to provide guidance and mentorship to more junior members of the team, helping them develop their skills, grow professionally, and contribute effectively to our projects. You don\’t have to have a massive network of clients or business to bring over, but must be eager to get involved further down the line.

You will have:

• Previous planning consultancy experience (minimum 6 years experience)
• A strong technical understanding of UK planning legislation, including relevant policies, regulatory frameworks, and statutory procedures.
• Experience in mentoring junior colleagues
• MRTPI accreditation
• Proven experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships through clear and confident communication.
