We’re working with a boutique planning consultancy that is looking to appoint an Associate Planner or Associate Director to join their growing London office. My client is seeking an experienced planner with strong retail planning expertise, as this role will involve delivering sequential tests for a range of national occupier clients, alongside exposure to commercial and mixed-use schemes.
The London team is continuing to grow and the business is also exploring expansion into a new geographical market to complement their two existing offices. Culture and personality fit are especially important – they operate collaboratively, not in silos, and value people who enjoy being part of a close-knit team. While business development is encouraged, it is not essential for this role. The priority is finding someone with the right technical strength (particularly in retail planning) to support their diverse client base.
If you’d like to discuss this opportunity confidentially, I’d be happy to share more details.

- Competitive salary & bonus
- 25 days’ annual leave + Christmas closure
- Annual away days
- Clear pathway to equity (with existing Directors currently progressing through the process)
