This is an exclusive opportunity with a well established multidisciplinary consultancy, seeking a Director (or an ambitious Associate Director ready to step up) to spearhead the development of their Strategic Land team in Manchester.

The Role

• Build and Lead: Establish and continuously grow the Manchester team
• Strategic Focus: Leverage your expertise in strategic land, including giving evidence at public inquiries and navigating frameworks such as the Greater Manchester Framework.
• Win Business: Utilise your established industry relationships and business acumen to drive client engagement and project acquisition.
• Shape Strategy: Take the reins on business strategy, supported by significant investment and a well-resourced multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Expertise in Strategic Land across the North West
• Strong client relationships and business-winning experience
• Public inquiry experience
• Proven ability to manage and lead teams
