I’m working with a highly regarded, employee-owned consultancy looking to hire a Consultant for their development team. This role sits at the intersection of planning, development and viability, supporting schemes to ensure they are both policy-compliant and commercially deliverable.
The Role
You’ll support a range of projects across residential, commercial and infrastructure, with exposure to:
- Development viability and financial modelling
- Affordable housing and housing delivery
- Planning applications and supporting evidence
- Infrastructure funding and delivery
You’ll work closely with senior team members while building your own client exposure and responsibility over time.
