A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join an award-winning independent property company as a Tender and Proposals Administrator, supporting their busy Business Development team. In this role, you’ll focus on supporting the delivery of competitive bids, coordinating responses, and ensuring that submissions meet client requirements. Working closely with the Business Development team, Graphic Designers and technical professionals, you’ll help prepare submission documents from start to finish. This includes reading and interpreting tender documents, collating content from various teams, formatting proposals, tracking deadlines and reviewing public procurement opportunities. You’ll also help notify relevant teams of upcoming bids, review framework and procurement portals and play a part in streamlining the overall bidding process.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the Bid Team inbox, responding to incoming emails from colleagues and clients
  • Reviewing and maintaining procurement portal registrations, ensuring the company receives accurate tender alerts
  • Monitoring daily tender alerts, identifying relevant opportunities and sharing them with technical staff for feedback
  • Assisting in the preparation of a target list of key frameworks to focus on, including submission timelines and priorities
  • Reviewing tender documents and producing clear internal summaries outlining requirements
  • Working closely with the Business Development Director to improve the overall quality and delivery of proposals

  • Comfortable collaborating with senior colleagues across various teams
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM systems is beneficial but not essential
