We are looking for a Co-Packing Team Leader to be based in Wellingborough. This is an opportunity to manage a Co-Packing Team as well as operate a variety of Co-Packing machines to achieve set daily production targets. We pack a variety of different confectionery lines in custom built co-packing rooms. The candidate would work a day shift from Monday to Friday - 08:30am to 17:30pm. We operate a fast-paced work environment with high standards, promoting excellent teamwork and support to one another.

Responsibilities:

  • To ensure daily production targets are met to the agreed specification.
  • Work within a team to achieve packing rates.
  • Ensure that your team follows company systems and procedures.
  • Ensure the completion of Quality Process documents.
  • Maintain a hygienic working environment.
  • Comply with procedures to meet BRCGS standards.
  • Assist with the daily maintenance/cleaning and care of the machine and equipment.
  • Communicate with all members of the business.
  • Maintain a clean working environment.
