PropRec Search is looking for an ambitious and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional who enjoys managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing new business opportunities, and making a real impact on both clients and candidates.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full 360 recruitment process, from winning new business to successfully placing candidates and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Client Management
    • Generate new business opportunities and develop lasting client relationships
    • Understand client hiring needs, company culture, and recruitment challenges
    • Provide strategic recruitment solutions and market insights
  • Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment
    • Source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates through multiple channels
    • Conduct interviews and candidate assessments
    • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
  • Advertising & Networking
    • Create compelling job advertisements to attract top talent
    • Utilise social media, job boards, and professional networks effectively
    • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand business connections
  • Interview & Placement Management
    • Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
    • Provide guidance and feedback throughout the recruitment process
    • Manage offers, negotiations, and successful placements
  • Market Intelligence
    • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and recruitment market conditions
    • Share market insights with clients and candidates

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in a 360 recruitment role within a Recruitment Agency, a minimum of 2 years experience required
  • Proven track record in business development and client acquisition
  • Demonstrable success in achieving and exceeding recruitment targets
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
  • Self-motivated, driven, and commercially minded
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
