About the role: Lettings Administrator

As a Lettings Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for our residents by managing enquiries and booking viewings, dealing with tenancy administration, contracts, and customer queries efficiently. You will work closely with internal teams and residents to provide a friendly, professional, and high-quality service.
*Note – this is a 6-month FTC, with a very strong possibility of becoming a permanent position
*Hybrid working – 3 days in the office (Stratford, London) and 2 days from home.

Responsibilities as Lettings Administrator:
  • Administer inbound customer enquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses to all queries.
  • Process leasing administration for new residents, including ID checks, references, and Right to Rent checks.
  • Manage tenancy contracts, renewals, extensions, and surrenders.
  • Handle resident account management, including rent payments, direct debits, and deposit returns.
  • Support debt management processes, including chasing arrears and liaising with solicitors on legal proceedings.
  • Processing parking licences, pet plans, and payment and utility agreements
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring accuracy in CRM and other systems.

Experience required for this Lettings Administrator position:
  • Ideally 2+ years’ experience in lettings / leasing / build-to-rent administration
  • Experience of debt management process
  • Great customer service skills
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively within a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM and phone systems.
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
