What you'll be doing?
As the Duty Manager, you will:
- Provide exceptional front-of-house facilities and services to tenants and guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Oversee the building, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards.
- Work as one team to deliver targets.
- Support tenant move in/out procedure and turnaround of vacant offices.
- Get to know the business customers and their businesses to promote business awareness and upselling opportunities.
