I’m partnering with a leading property management organisation to recruit an experienced Occupier Property & Facilities Manager to oversee a residential portfolio across the West End. This is an office-based role with regular site visits, ideal for someone who can balance operational delivery and administrative/financial management. You will be responsible for ensuring high standards across the portfolio, including PPM and reactive maintenance, contractor management, service charges, budgets, reconciliations, compliance, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day oversight of residential properties and site teams
- Manage PPM schedules and reactive maintenance works
- Instruct, monitor, and manage contractors and service partners
- Prepare and track service charge budgets and reconciliations
- Ensure H&S and statutory compliance across all sites
- Conduct site inspections and address operational issues promptly
- Act as point of contact for emergencies and resident concerns
- Support mobilisation and demobilisation of properties
- Mentor and manage junior FM/Property staff
About You:
- Proven experience in residential property or facilities management
- Strong track record managing PPM, reactive works, contractors, budgets, and service charges
- Knowledge of H&S compliance; NEBOSH/IOSH desirable
- Excellent organisational, administrative, and communication skills
- Comfortable combining office-based admin with hands-on site oversight
