The role blends people leadership, delivery governance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement — all underpinned by real-world logistics expertise.
What you’ll be doing:

- Applying practical logistics judgement to challenge assumptions and guide decisions
- Driving continuous improvement across onboarding, adoption, and customer value
What we’re looking for:
- Strong background in logistics, transport, or supply chain operations
- Proven people leadership and performance management experience

- Familiarity with structured delivery frameworks or tools (e.g. JIRA)
- Experience supporting international or multi-region teams
Why consider this role?
- Senior, high-impact leadership position
- Strong influence over delivery standards and culture
- Opportunity to shape scalable processes within a growing SaaS environment
- Hybrid / remote working with flexibility
