Our client, a well-established and innovative IT software solutions provider, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Digital Marketing to lead their digital strategy and growth initiatives. The Role:
Reporting directly to the COO, the Head of Digital Marketing will be responsible for shaping and executing the company’s digital marketing vision, driving brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement across all digital channels. The successful candidate will lead a small, agile team and collaborate closely with sales, product, and technical teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that supports business growth and brand positioning.
- Oversee performance marketing (SEO, PPC, email, social, content, and programmatic) to generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates.
- Drive the development and optimisation of digital assets including the company website, campaign landing pages, and marketing automation tools.
- Lead data-driven decision-making through analytics, reporting, and marketing performance metrics.
- Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and marketing innovations.
