Proprec Search is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to support the growth and positioning of a portfolio of technology-led solutions. This is a strategic role that sits across product, sales and marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing go-to-market approaches, refining how solutions are positioned, and supporting commercial teams in engaging enterprise clients across multiple regions.
Key responsibilities:
- Market insight and positioning
- Carry out market analysis to understand customer needs, market trends and competitor activity
- Develop clear value propositions, customer segmentation and messaging frameworks
- Go-to-market delivery
- Plan and deliver go-to-market activity for new and existing solutions
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between product offering and market demand
- Commercial support
- Develop sales materials, presentations and supporting content
- Provide tools and insight to support business development and sales teams
- Campaigns and content
- Support the delivery of marketing campaigns, including digital activity and thought leadership
- Work with wider marketing teams to contribute to lead generation initiatives
- Performance and improvement
- Monitor key metrics such as pipeline contribution and engagement
- Use data and feedback to refine messaging and overall approach
Skills and experience:
- Experience in a product marketing, solutions marketing or proposition marketing role within a business-to-business environment
- Strong understanding of collaboration tools, unified communications, end-user computing or endpoint management
- Experience delivering go-to-market strategies for complex solutions
- Background working with enterprise-level clients
- Ability to work across teams and influence stakeholders
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Commercial awareness with a data-led approach
- Proven experience in a relevant marketing role within a technology or services-led organisation
