We are currently seeking an experienced Development Manager on behalf of one of our prestigious clients to work on a luxury Residential Development within Southeast London. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who's passionate about leadership, operational excellence and delivering an exceptional resident experience.
Previous experience managing a large high-end residential development is essential. This is a full time, permanent role Monday - Friday 8am till 5pm with an annual salary of up to £85,000 per annum depending on experience.

The Role:
As a Development Manager, you will have full responsibility for the operation and presentation of the development. Your focus will be on premium service delivery, team leadership, efficient maintenance coordination, and maintaining immaculate communal areas.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing an outstanding customer experience for residents and visitors.
- Leading, supporting, and motivating on-site staff.
- Overseeing all planned and reactive maintenance, including contractor procurement and management.
- Ensuring all shared spaces remain spotless, safe, and beautifully presented.
What will you be doing as a Development Manager:
- Carry out regular inspections of all communal areas to ensure impeccable cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
- Manage contractors, review works and ensure full adherence to health and safety requirements.
- Oversee all planned maintenance works, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
- Maintain stock levels of essential items and manage meter readings for communal utilities.
- Excellent IT Skills.
- Oversee or conduct routine system checks, including emergency lighting, fire alarms, and lift emergency lines.
- Monitor and enforce parking regulations within the development.
- Solid understanding of financial processes and budget management and maintain clear communication with directors.
