We are a growing, independent recruitment agency seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business growth within the IT sector. This is a pure BD role focused on winning new clients, opening doors, and building long-term partnerships. As part of a small and ambitious team, you will have full ownership of your market and play a pivotal role in the continued success and expansion of the business.

What will you be doing:

  • Identifying, targeting, and winning new business opportunities within the IT sector
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with prospective clients
  • Leading sales activity including cold calling, networking, and attending meetings
  • Understanding client hiring needs and positioning tailored recruitment solutions
  • Negotiating terms of business and securing new client agreements
  • Collaborating with the delivery/recruitment team to ensure successful fulfilment
