We are a growing, independent recruitment agency seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business growth within the IT sector. This is a pure BD role focused on winning new clients, opening doors, and building long-term partnerships. As part of a small and ambitious team, you will have full ownership of your market and play a pivotal role in the continued success and expansion of the business.
