We are a specialist Executive Search recruitment practice partnering with senior leaders and high-growth organisations to deliver critical hires across our core markets. Our approach is consultative, outcome-driven, and relationship-led, with a strong emphasis on long-term client partnerships rather than transactional recruitment. As part of our continued growth, we are looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant to strengthen our Birmingham presence.

Role

This is a 360° recruitment role with a strong emphasis on new client acquisition and executive-level search delivery. You will be responsible for developing your own client portfolio, managing senior stakeholder relationships, and delivering high-quality search assignments end to end.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identifying and winning new client opportunities within your market
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
  • Managing executive search assignments from briefing through to placement
  • Conducting in-depth market mapping and headhunting senior-level candidates
  • Advising clients on market conditions, talent availability, and hiring strategies
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle to a high professional standard

About You

You will be a commercially driven recruitment professional who thrives on winning business and operating at a senior, consultative level.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience within an agency recruitment environment
  • Proven track record in client acquisition / business development
  • Experience running 360° recruitment processes
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • A professional, credible approach suited to executive-level recruitment
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and results-focused
  • Experience within executive search or senior-level recruitment
  • Established client or candidate networks within your specialist market
