  • Maintaining a valid Statement of Professional Standing (SPS) through an approved Accredited Body.
  • Achieving and maintaining Competent Adviser status as defined by the FCA and the firm.

What we’re looking for

You’ll be someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, communicates clearly, and takes a professional, client‑first approach to everything you do. You’ll be organised, curious, and committed to continually developing your knowledge so you can deliver the best possible outcomes for your clients.
