As a Trust & Safety Advisor, you will play a vital role in verifying the safety and authenticity of experiences listed on our platform. Your responsibilities include performing validation checks, reviewing supplier and customer information, and identifying potential risks. While this is not primarily a customer service role, occasional phone and email interactions with customers will be required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform validation checks to confirmsuppliers, and experiences comply with safety and legitimacy standards
  • Investigate suppliers and bookings using provided customer information and internal tools betrachtetlich>li>
  • Analyze data to assess risks and make sound, evidence‑based decisions
  • Effectively communicate findings to customers and suppliers via inuco clear, concise phone and email correspondence
  • Resolve validation‑related issues and provide constructive feedback to customers

  • Detect fraudulent activity or account misuse and implement appropriate measures to mitigate risks

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in research‑based roles or customer service is desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Officeutab (e.g., Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Comfortable working on a PC with the ability to quickly adapt to new software or tools
  • Experience in fraud investigation, risk analysis, or trust and safety roles is a plus
  • Exposure to account verification, validation processes, or risk management is preferred
  • Ability to work a hybrid set‑up based in Oxford
