Our client is one of the world’s largest online travel guidance companies, offering online hotel reservations, transportation bookings, travel experiences, and restaurant reservations.

They are seeking a German Speaking Travel Support Representative to work with customers, determine their needs, and advise them on destinations, transportation modes, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Cancel and modify reservations via phone
• Communicate courteously and professionally via email, chat, and calls
• Record accurate booking information, customer inquiries, interactions, and actions taken in in-house software

Requirements and Skills:

• At least 1 year of relevant customer service, operations, or reservations experience
• Fluent in German and English
• Experience with applications like Salesforce, Zendesk, Facebook, Twitter, Microsoft Office, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
