About the Role:
You will lead and mentor a team of UX Researchers, define the strategic research roadmap, and scale research impact across the organization. Partnering closely with senior stakeholders across Product, Design, Analytics, and Engineering, you will challenge assumptions, elevate research quality, and ensure product strategy is grounded in a deep understanding of user needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the UX research team, setting direction, mentoring researchers, and ensuring consistently high-quality, impactful research.
- Define and drive the research strategy and roadmap, aligning insights with business priorities, product vision, and key user problems.
- Translate diverse data into actionable insights, synthesizing research, analytics, and market signals to inform decision-making and innovation.
- Own and optimize research operations, including prioritization, processes, tools, and enablement of non-researchers to scale research impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) in Psychology, HCI, Design, Communication, Statistics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional applied research experience in a business or product environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading, managing, and mentoring UX research teams.
- Experience working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders in Product, Design, Engineering, and Analytics.
Nice-to-Have Experience:
- Experience in recruiting international translation services.
- Exposure to integrating AI-driven tools or workflows into UX research practices.
