Recruiting and Sourcing Manager at ProPivotal Staffing

What we offer:

  1. Flexible hybrid schedule: 2 days in the office and 3 days remote
  2. Competitive hourly rate of £20.51

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist Destination Managers in expanding assigned territories by uncovering opportunities within current accounts and pursuing new prospects
  2. Leverage Salesforce and Google Docs (Excel equivalent) to track account performance and enhance operational workflows
  3. Work closely with internal teams to maintain top-tier product availability and quality for designated destinations
  4. Offer insights into market dynamics and Viator’s market positioning within assigned regions
  5. Perform routine quality assessments on key products and destinations, implementing improvements when necessary
  6. Drive and participate in initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen competitive positioning

Qualifications:

  1. 1-3 years of experience in relationship-based account management roles, preferably with exposure to larger, public, or tech-driven companies
  2. Experience or strong interest in the travel industry, travel technology, or related fields
  3. Fluent in English; additional European languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish) are a plus
  4. Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Docs (or equivalent tools)
