Event Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary

Our partner, a world leader in travel planning is looking to hire an Event Marketing Coordinator. The Event Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in planning and executing corporate events. This hands-on role involves end-to-end event management, including registration, logistics, staffing, and on-site execution. The role offers opportunities for travel and career growth within a dynamic, high-energy team.

This is a hybrid role based out of London

The pay for this role is £20/hr

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute corporate events (up to 100 attendees), including tradeshows, conferences, and workshops.
  • Manage event registration platforms, attendee lists, and event check-ins.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including vendor management, venue setup, and on-site troubleshooting.
  • Work closely with the Destination Management Team to handle event inventory and shipments.
  • Lift and transport event materials (up to 50 pounds), including swag and inventory, at the London office.

Requirements:

  • 5+ corporate events managed end-to-end (tradeshows, conferences, workshops).
  • Experience using any event registration software such as Cvent, Evenium, RainFocus, or similar.
  • Must have a valid unexpired passport
  • Ability to get to the London office for meetings
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Nice-to-Have Experience

  • Experience working in a global event environment.
  • Background in corporate marketing or event sponsorships.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets for attendee tracking and logistics management.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) for workflow coordination.
