Responsibilities:
- Research and resolve customer chargebacks and disputes
- Communicate with payment processors, cardholders, and others as needed
- Apply bank and card industry regulations in resolving disputes
- Enter and maintain chargebacks in the management system
- Develop strong relationships with key partners
Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience managing chargebacks or payment disputes
- Prior experience supporting the merchant side of disputes
- Ability to work independently and with multiple deadlines
