Prophix is looking for driven, results-oriented professionals to add to our growing sales team in North America. If you have a strong track record of success selling software, then this role may be for you. Leveraging the company's sales model, the successful candidate will maximize revenue growth and increase market share in a defined territory focused on Core Mid-Market organizations.
- Sell CPM software application and related services in a defined territory.
- Complete the entire sale cycle from lead identification to closure.
- Work effectively with pre-sales resources and the services organization during the sales cycles.
- Work effectively with a dedicated inside sales resource to maximize market penetration and lead flow.
- Generate and qualify sales opportunities by leveraging inside sales, cold calling, business contacts, entering vendor selection competitions, or by other means.
- Effectively manage a sales territory.
A mix of experience, training, or education that helps you succeed in this role:
- ~5-10 years of field sales experience including software sales specifically in Business Intelligence, Corporate Performance Management (CPM) and/or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) OR strong knowledge of the CPM industry and a strong desire to move into a sales role.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Confidence and the ability to interface professionally with a wide spectrum of customers including senior employees/executives.
- Creative and able to think outside the box.
- Comfort using AI tools responsibly to support tasks such as research, drafting, or data review.
- Salesforce experience considered an asset.
- A history of successful activity-based, conceptual telephone selling and experience with territory/account development considered assets.
